Are the straps compatible with every Royal Pop watch?

Our straps are designed for selected Royal Pop and compatible Royal Oak–inspired watch cases. Please check the compatibility details on the product page before ordering.

How do I choose the correct strap size?

Measure your wrist with a flexible measuring tape and compare it with the sizing information on the product page. Silicone straps can be adjusted using the different buckle holes.

Can I change the strap myself?

Yes. Most straps can be changed using the correct watch tool. If you are unsure, we recommend asking a local watchmaker to install it to avoid scratches or damage.

Can I order a sideways strap?

Yes. Write “Sideways Strap” in the order notes at checkout, and we will prepare the correct configuration when available.

What is included with the strap?

Each order includes one replacement strap. Buckles, adapters, screws, and installation tools are included only when stated in the product description.

Is the watch included with the strap?

No. Watches and straps are sold separately unless the product page clearly states that the item is a complete set.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your country and selected delivery method. Your estimated delivery window will be displayed during checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Is there a warranty?

Eligible watches include a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, and damage caused during strap installation are not covered.

How should I clean my silicone strap?

Use a soft damp cloth with mild soap, then dry it completely. Avoid strong chemicals, perfumes, and abrasive cleaning products.

Are these official Audemars Piguet or Swatch products?

Replacement straps are independently produced accessories unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are not manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by Audemars Piguet or Swatch.
