Shipping

1. Shipping costs: We offer free shipping worldwide.

2. Delivery times after the clocks are built:
- EU: 5-10 business days
- Israel: 5-10 business days
- USA: 7-14 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days

Standard shipping time for pre-orders is 20 days.

Please note: Delivery times listed are estimates based on standard shipping times. Actual delivery times may vary, particularly during holidays, public holidays or shipping delays. We are not responsible for delays that occur after the package has been dispatched from us.

3. Customs and VAT:

- EU: Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to customs and VAT upon delivery. This applies to all orders shipped from outside the EU.

- USA: Orders to the USA under $800 are exempt from import duties. Local sales taxes may apply depending on the state you are in.

- Australia: Orders under AUD 1,000 are exempt from import duties, however a 10% GST may be imposed by the Australian Customs Authority. The customer is responsible for covering this charge.

4. Tracking information:

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email address after the order has been shipped.
