Return Policy

14 days from the day you received the item. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us that you wish to return the item. This can be done by contacting us via email or Live chat.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs of return. Once we have received the item, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

Please note that some items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as items that are specially made or customized.

Important note:

Some of our watches come with protective plastic around large parts of the watch, such as the bracelet. Please leave the plastic in place during inspection, as you will be able to see the entire watch with the plastic intact. If the plastic is removed, the 14-day return policy will be void.

*If you want to exchange the product in the one year warranty you have to ship it back with the original packaging.
